I lead Norfleet Basketball Club, an AAU program focused on helping young athletes grow through basketball and community. I create an environment where players practice with purpose, compete together, and learn the value of discipline, resilience, and teamwork. My goal is to develop confident young leaders on and off the court while giving each player space to improve, contribute, and keep building.
